We are happy to announce an update to our COVID 19 protocol. As of June 1, 2021, we will be allowing clients to join their pet(s) in the hospital, with the following restrictions. Clients will be allowed into the hospital for scheduled appointments with our veterinarians. A maximum of 2 people per appointment may accompany their pet(s) into an exam room.
Masks are required, no exceptions.
Walk-ins are not permitted.
Curbside service will continue to be offered for any client that wishes to remain in their vehicle.
Due to the limited space in our waiting room and to reduce traffic through the hospital, we ask that for all drop-off appointments, appointments scheduled with a technician, and pickups of food and medication that you please remain in your vehicle in the parking lot.
Our doors will continue to be locked during our business hours. You must call the office upon arrival so that we can best serve you and your pets needs. We are continuing to work very hard to provide your pet with the best veterinary care, as well as protect our staff and clients, and we greatly appreciate your patience.
All prescription medications, including written, will require 48-72 hours notice to be completed.
Please do not come to the hospital in person if you are sick or quarantining for COVID 19.
